“Second time we have had pizza from here and it's great. We drove 20 mins from Ramsbottom so it's not far and knowing it's a 100% vegan place is reassuring. The Marinara was delicious and my boyfriend had the Prosciutto and Fungi for the second time which he raves about. It's his favourite pizza. It would be awesome if they could deliver but the fact that there is a vegan place so close, well, we can't wait to actually go in and eat and have a night out there with some mates in a few weeks time (hopefully)!”

“Beautiful new addition to the villages, we needed a coffee shop like this! Gorgeous interior, friendly staff (very accomodating of my iced coffee request on a lovely sunny day in saddleworth), delicious healthy food options that are a refreshing change from the usual village coffee shop offerings. Also I absolutely love all the diary alternatives that they offer and so nice not to be charged extra for choosing coconut milk. Will carry on recommending people to visit”

“So I was about to go to Sainsbury's cafe when I chanced upon this lovely little cafe. Pleasant place for a nice bite to eat. Only takes cash so make sure you have some on you. The price is reasonable and the staff are helpful.”

“Come for the views, stay for the burger. We went for lunch on a nice Saturday. The views are amazing and the food was even better. We ordered the cheesy cow burger and it was outstanding. The cheese and onion fritter just oozed melted cheese. The beef is top quality. Absolutely stuffed. Had some superb ice cream after. Rum & Raisin and espresso for me, chocolate for my wife. Will definitely be back.”

“Came here for a pre-birthday meal. Good and service was spot on. I really don’t think there’s a better place in the vicinity at this price point. A great variation of food available including vegan, gluten free and they are also super cautious with allergens which is helpful to see. The menu has a wide variety of food from around the world, including Tapas, steak, Thai style and much more. Staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. A great atmosphere and vibe to the place to say it is situated in the centre of Oldham, you certainly do not feel like you are there. The only thing that I could nit-pick would be that our food came extremely fast. Which for the vast majority of people is great, however as a type 1 diabetic It was difficult to time my insulin correctly. However I am sure if I had made you aware, the staff would have accommodated. It was that good me and my girlfriend returned on Monday morning to try the brunch. Would highly recommend.”

“They need to sort out the lack of baskets as you come in the door the last 20 times I've been in there have been no hand baskets at the door like any major supermarket would have. Change the layout of the stock as the BnQ/homebase hybrid style-mixed household item section they have in the middle is not great. Move the freezer section to the middle lower rear half aisles and place the messy jumble sale goods in the back corner. They need to extend outwards, (onto the garden plant display area) , the countertop section at the side window by 20ft at least. This will create space to get self service express lanes sorted with 1 staff member at the end always to provide assistance and to monitor. other than that its a great place to shop lol.”

“The owner/Liverpool fan reminds me a lot of my uncle who is also in the takeaway business who is also a Liverpool fan. Always a laugh & a joke about the football. Goes above & beyond for his customers, he has brilliant staff & chefs who were working very fast as they were pretty busy at the time & were 2 staff down. Me & my two work colleagues visited from Rochdale. Brilliant food & free bottles of pop from the owner as we had to wait due to them being short on staff. Nice gestures go a long way in the food business.. keep up the good work lads!”

I'll add her name next time I visit. People will say. It's her job! She has to be nice and polite . But you can tell when someone means it. The cafe was nice and clean. Overall a nice experience. “First time I went to German donner , nice clean , great location . I ordered two donner mix boxes with chips and cheese one was large and one regular size. I paid £1.50 for a large one , when I got both Donner mix boxes I was so confused because both boxes where the same size and looked equally filled up . I dont know how much extra donner can be crammed in to the same size box . I wouldn't bother paying extra £1.50. UPDATE 2ND VISIT Anyways so I went again to german donner , and the donner was burnt , I told a worker and she offered to give me some more donner but it was stil burnt They definitely probably got loads of complaints that day. UPDATE 3RD VIST So i visted German donner again on the 26.01.2022 I ordered a donnar kebab meal , i got to say it was it was very pricey but it was soo worth it . The food has really gone up in standard since my last vist . Best thing no burnt donner The staff where really lovely , but to be honest they always where lovely and helpful everytime i went . So i feel like German donner really does take in everyones feedback and works hard to make things right so il be giving them a better rating x”
