“Before you take in the one star review, you should remember that this isn't a commercial business. This is a small independent business trying to compete with large retailers. I for one think the prices are very reasonable. The dog and cat food is usually better value than the local supermarkets. The owner always goes above and beyond for her customers, offering to deliver locally for anyone that needs it, and if there is anything you can't see in store, will gladly try to source the product for you. I will always happily support and return to this store.”

Very professional and caring to his patients, I've had several procedures and every time I am made to feel comfortable, they are done perfectly with very little to no pain at all. Stephanie is very professional, knows aesthetics inside and out and recommends the right treatments to get the look you are going for. “Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”
