“I went in for a brow wax yesterday and probably had the best brow experience I’ve had yet. Hannah not only was super friendly and pleasant, but she truly knew what she was talking about. My brows have been butchered through years of threading and waxing by aestheticians who removed way too much when I asked for a simple clean up. Hannah listened to what I wanted, offered solutions to get them back in shape, and they haven’t looked this good in years! She also took the time to go over different shades of products to find the perfect match. Will 100% be going back -- 5 stars +”

It took me a lot of guts to go back to tell them but when I did, they were appropriately apologetic and took the time to rectify my hair and even gave me a voucher for a free cut & colour which more than compensated.
