“Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly. I have also been seeing them regularly regarding an ongoing ear issue and they have been amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. a special shout out to Lucy, Amy, jen and paige for going above and beyond and being so professional and caring.”

“We visited gravity yesterday with our 3 & 4 year old and within 5 minutes of being there unfortunately my 3 year old took a turn for the worst and had a seizure, the two young women who helped us was out of this world, calm and collected and amazingly helpful in every way, a huge Thankyou to Sian who called the ambulance and the other women who took my daughter away from the situation and got her ice cream and slush, you was both amazing and made me feel calm in the situation by being so helpful and supportive. Thankyou again for everything x”

“I had an infection sitting in and under an upper molar. Pain like I've never experienced before. Called 8am in the morning, lovely lady on the phone, booked me in for just after lunch. Reception staff very friendly and the dentist and her nurse were fantastic. Anesthetic, Xray and extraction with great aftercare in under 20 minutes. If you have an emergency over the weekend, don't suffer till Monday, give them a call!”

Great, fast communication from me making contact initially and she took a lot of time to really understand what I was wanting. Super friendly lady, gave me lots of tips and advice on how to maintain the condition or my hair after so many years of having bleach on it. She really knows her stuff and it was invaluable to me that Lisa really listened and understood what I was wanting to achieve. Highly recommended. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind.
