“I couldn’t recommend The House of Laser Clinic enough. Amy is professional and personal, I always feel totally at ease. Her clinic is clean and has parking on site. And the treatments are fairly priced. I came to Amy after a recommendation from a friend. I’d previously had a bad experience from a different clinic, being left with serious burns (which is very rare and due to bad practise). Amy took extra time during the initial consultation to fully understand the lasting affects I was suffering with and totally reassured me. Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! “I was suffering from a painful previously crowned tooth. My dentist referred me to Mr Leyland's practice. I found the place comfortable with Peter and his friendly team offering a very good service. I was concerned about loosing the tooth by extraction. However, Peter did a root canal treatment and saved my tooth. Peter is proficient, caring and very experienced. He explained the plan clearly and I enjoyed both my visits to the practice. Following the first stage of treatment I felt a lot better after about 10 days once the infection was gone. The second stage was done today comfortably and I can now eat properly and feel very good. I do recommend this practice and a big thanks to Peter and his team. B. Bastani”

“Pharmacy review: I took my two young children for chicken pox vaccines and feel compelled to write a quick review of the pharmacy and the pharmacist there. I didn’t get his name unfortunately, as I was juggling a one and two year old, but he was absolutely wonderful. Very calm and good with my children, professional and a pleasant demeanour. I was a little anxious taking both of them in and knowing at least one of them would be upset but he did the vaccinations quickly and calmly and it was a very positive experience. He was also clear about guidelines for the after effects and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout. Thank you for making what could be a stressful event a calm and straightforward experience. I’d absolutely recommend this Boots pharmacy based on our experience.”
