I had an issue qith my car (Audi A3) which was going into limp mode and i was recommended to go see Eddie, after taking my car to the garage he stayed with the car even after closing hours to find the issue and once found told me exactly what part needed to be oredered, helped me order the right part as there are different types and he had me booked in withing 3 days after find the fault, fixed the new part in and now I have no issues and the car runs perfectly fine. “I have been using R and B motors for over 20 years. My dad originally used it and as soon as I passed my driving test he recommended it. When I first started using it, it was Mark's dad who owned it and Mark took it over so seamlessly. The service and professionalism is superb. Mark and his team always explain to me what the issue or problem is, so it ensures that i always know they are being honest. I have been reluctant to do this review because I am scared that if I tell too many people about R&B it is going to get too busy....... However on a serious note we are all trying to find reliable, professional and honest garages and I feel that you will not find better than R and B. “Booked a service call for AEG fridge freezer. Engineer came on time as arranged and wore a face mask on entry. Although he wasn't able to repair my fridge freezer, he gave a detailed explanation as to why it was beyond repair and must have spent a good hour at my home. I was therefore happy to pay the very reasonable service charge. He also gave advice on sourcing a replacement. He was not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a replacement. He simply gave advice on what he could and couldnt supply at that present time. It is rare to find a company with this level of professionalism and I would have no hesitation in calling them again or recommending to friends and family.”

“Please ignore all negative reviews because Mr Javed and his team work very hard and always help. The place gets very busy so if you wait for the car to be fixed you could be waiting a while depending on what you need done. People want things done straight away so just bare with them. If you go to the main dealer or another garage you get charge £50 minimum just to look at the car. I have always used Mr Javed and always will. Cheers Lads Marco”
