They explained thoroughly what the fault with my brakes was when they found it and explained how it could be fixed. They don't patronize women (like a lot of garages do) which was my main concern as never do you feel more of a female than when you have to take your car in to be repaired! Always a good start when a garage you trust recommends another. Called in and booked my van in for the following day at 10.15am. They jumped on it straight away.
