The sports massage with Charllote was fantastic. she is clearly extremely knowledgeable and was polite and conscientious, ensuring I was comfortable and tailoring the work to my specific requirements. she even gave me some exercises to perform at home to help improve my imbalances. They limit the number of clients at any one time and keep to social distancing guidelines with plastic barriers between the chairs.”
