“Lots of good covid safety measures. Really nice staff. Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.”

“As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer. The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch. Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!”

“On a fleeting visit to Warrington I came across this cafe. I had a fantastic meal, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful when selecting what to eat. The food is clearly very fresh and in many cases home made. Everything was delicious. I could not recommend more.”

“Great value for money. Clean and tidy store with friendly, supportive staff. The lady at the entrance ensured hand gel was available and baskets were sanitised. And she did it with a cheery smile! Great 'front door' service. A plus is having a PEP franchise in-house, with a range of clothing, inexpensive, pretty good quality.”

“Stopped overnight at the truck stop and called in to the onsite m&s store to find a really good selection of fine fresh food of which was presented very well indeed but also to find two wonderfully helpfully staff that were so helpfull and accomadating both a credit to this store so Catherine. “Store is always well stocked and it’s convenient with friendly staff. Personally I will never order from the cafe again, I found the tables and floors to be very dirty, the day I went it would definitely not pass food hygiene standards, the management really need to look at this, I’m not the first to mention it check out the reviews for the cafe, it’s a real shame as the store over all is lovely and this cafe is letting it down!!!”

“Great store, click and collect locker at side, along with charge points for electric cars, have a pizza and hot food counter, on 2nd floor has a cafe, pharmacy is located here to as well as a timpson on ground floor, along with opticians which is outside, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shop here twice a week.”
