“Vibes: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Great conversations with even more excellent food; what more can you ask for? This food place has single-handedly restored my and my partner's faith in local takeaways! We originally came in out of curiosity but will be returning for the quality. We got the Chicken Taco'o with their burger mayo and Algerian sauce, and oh mon dieu, was it amazing. The only grievance we have is that we didn't get more of it! If you want to start your day right, boost your day, or end your evening, come to this place, honestly, you won't regret it.”

“Delicious brunch spot! I could have eaten everything on the menu! The coffee and service was fab and had to try one of the pastries on offer as well. I chose the goats cheese and eggs gremolata and all the flavours were incredible. You must come and try here you won’t regret it!”

It's different from all other restaurants I have been to (in the best way possible), and I found it quite refreshing and exciting to try dishes that aren't so common and easily found elsewhere. The food and the cocktails were beautifully presented (10/10 for aesthetic) and the staff were really friendly.”

“I only ordered because, a) I couldn't be bothered to cook, and b) I'd had a leaflet put through the door. However. The order was delivered in less than 30 mins. The food was so, so tasty and obviously fresh. It was serious value for money. I'll definitely be ordering from Don Bravo again.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

“I really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I got the mix grill for 2, and it was more than enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “Great coffee shop located in the MediaCity. It is very bright inside, with large floor-to-ceiling windows making two of the four walls. The interior is done in a minimalist style, dominated by colours like white, grey and black. However, it does not feel hostile. There are two floors, the upper floor is only accessible via stairs, but the ground floor can be accessible on a wheelchair. The music inside is on a louder side, so I don't think it is a right place if you like to read or focus with a cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You make an order as you come in, pay, and then wait for it to be brought to your table. The service can be slow, but not because nobody cares, just nobody is in a rush. The flat white I ordered was great, very smooth and creamy. The drink size is quite small, but the taste makes up for it. The bake was also great. The prices are only slightly higher than in Starbucks or Costa Coffee, but the quality is superb. Overall, I think it is a great coffee shop for a cup of good coffee and friendly service.”

“I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!”

“Very nice food and good portion sizes to reflect the price. Be aware that sides and steak sauce is not included in the price. The service is fast- we are all done with starter and mains after about an hour. Will definitely be back.”

“The customer service here is brilliant. Guys are very nice and talk to you with respect really showing appreciation. Wings are very nice and would definitely recommend everyone try them. I had the bacon burger which was abit on the sweet side. Not sure if that was the bacon or the sauce? But will be trying the one without bacon so will update soon. Nice and warm. “Excellent service. Owner is very nice and actually has a conversation with you. The food is delicious. I keep ordering every other day. The egusi is soooo authentic, it tastes like Nigeria. The Turkey is huge and fried to perfection. Cant fault the jollof rice either!! Everything I’ve ordered from Adellas Kitchen has been 10/10. Going off to order again after i write this!”
