I would recommend Joanne to any friend or relative without hesitation based on the standards of her work, her honesty and her integrity. She is also well organised, giving plenty of notice for any holidays or medical appointments. She has also shown flexibility in offering to come at alternative times if something urgent arises for her or us. Joanne has also helped us considerably when we moved house, providing a deep clean to our old house and the property we moved into.”

“My mum had a horrible experience at another dentists having a tooth extraction, and was left in agony all day and evening. Finding Blackley was open 24 hours was a god send and we travelled all the way from Liverpool, making an appointment to be seen within the hour. The dentist Dr Hussain and nurse Sultana were amazing and extracted the tooth so gently my mum never felt the removal, they were very polite and friendly and helped keep my mum calm throughout the extraction. Truly amazing service and can't recommend enough.”

“Went to the Allergy testing with my little girl and the staff there were fantastic - Everyone we spoke to from receptions down stairs to nurses upstairs were super helpful, very chatty with little one too. Cant praise the Nurses and Doctor enough when taking us threw to get weighed and to do the test and they were all great. Covid - measure in place the building was clean and tidy everyone had masks including staff and use of sanatising products threw out :)”

“The advice I received from the physio at kingsgate has helped me get my life back on track after I was diagnosed with a degenerative miniscus tear. He clearly explained my problem and has helped me to see that maintaining a simple exercise program my mobility can improve. Although I may have flare ups I now know how to deal with my condition to live a relative active life. Physiotherapy exercises mean no need for surgery and they do work, An excellent service combined with advice from First contact physio at my GP practice.”

“I recieved treatments on my teeth from Dr. Roudsari. The visits were very pleasant and smooth. We reviewed and discussed my options of treatments before choosing one. During the course of treatment he explained every step of the way, making me feel prepared, hence more comfortable. I admire his patience, considering my tooth didn’t go numb after 3 injections. He was not in rush at all. The nurse was a lovely lady and very helpful and welcoming. 4 months after my treatment and no problem with my tooth. I am very happy and I totally recommend him.”

“Brilliant dentist and staff. We called up in an emergency and within an hour we had an appointment. My boyfriend was in the worst pain imagined and the dentist went above and beyond for him. We had to make several trips to and from to try and release the pain. The dentist was very thorough I don’t know what we would of done without him. Highly recommend him to anyone that is in an emergency or excruciating pain with their teeth. Thank you so much we appreciate all of your help!!!”

“I’ve changed dentists at least 5 times over the last 10 years due to moving areas and I went for my first check up with Nicholas Potter who honestly has been the best dentist I’ve seen. He’s pointed out some minor issues with my teeth which aren’t urgent but he took the time to explain the potential issues in the future, which make perfect sense. I can’t believe no one pointed them out to before as they are blantantly obvious (receding gum on one of my canines which is not far from the root!) and the back my incisors (front teeth) are concave so he recommended filling them in to prevent build up. I’ve always been wary of dentists recommending work thinking they are in it for the money but he put no pressure on at all, and because he took the time to explain clearly I’m not concerned for the time being but will definitely be coming back to have the work done at some point.”

“Spot on, sometimes they may run a bit late that just means they are dealing with the patients who are seriously ill, properly. I would rather wait a while than the doctors have to rush through patients and miss something serious.”
