“Lovely staff in the cafe. In fact I wouldn’t call it a a cafe. I would call it a cafe I wold call it an restaurafe. The only down side was our drinks ( mine an extra hot cappuccino) was sat waiting for the waitress to take it to me. Therefore, it was cold when it reached our table. We were very close too where they make the coffee. The food was lovely and I was provided with with a bag for the other half of the wrap I couldn’t eat so I could take home. The Butcher’s had an amazing array of meat. The steak beef burgers that I bought were the best that I have ever tasted. The young lad that served me was very knowledgeable too. The staff in the grocery department were brilliant too especially when I asked the lady for ‘a quarter’ of pear drops ( I’m old school at 53) she didn’t bat an eyelid and gave me my (quarter) of sweets. What can I say? 24ct gold service.”

“Nice, clean and big store. Everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitiser was present at the entrance. Good selection of items also. We did not have to queue as there were not many people shopping and we went in and out pretty quickly. Staff is great and they keep the store clean and tidy. Transparent panels are installed at the tills. Wear your masks and we'll get through.”

“We had an amazing experience with Craig and Sara. We originally approached them for a quote to install a flatpack kitchen from a well-known kitchen company, but we ended up with them designing and fitting the kitchen exactly to our wishes for a reasonable price. There were no hidden costs and we ended up paying exactly what they quoted us for. Though the design was slightly pricier than the flatpack kitchen, they were able to offer customisations you can't get with a flatpack so that it would make the most efficient use of space and met all our wishes. Like getting a bespoke kitchen without having to pay three times as much. Apart from the excellent value for money, they were also great at communicating. We always knew exactly when they'd be in, what would happen that day, and if there were going to be any interruptions to power and/or water, and they always worked around our needs so we would not be interrupted with our work. We've have many experiences with tradesmen in the past where you would just spend an entire day waiting to see if they would come or not, but Sara and Craig were great at providing you with a schedule and sticking to it, or at least updating you if they couldn't. (it was particularly impressive that they were able to deliver as scheduled given they had a bereavement in the family) Another thing we were very impressed with was that when things didn't go according to plan, they would handle it professionally, and at no extra expense to us. For me, the sign of outstanding tradespeople is not so much that they never make mistakes, but that they spot them early and deal with them in a professional manner. There were a couple of tiny issues with the design, at least one of which was our fault for not communicating clearly enough what we wanted, yet even then they made sure we were happy with the end result, without charging us extra. And when our downstairs toilet wouldn't work properly after reinstalling, even though it was no fault of theirs, they made sure it was working again. Even now, more than 6 months after the kitchen has been completed, they have been in touch a couple of times to check everything is as it should. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when our guestroom is up for a renovation.”
