“Was staying at a hotel and Ordered some food on just eat. The estimated time for delivery Had passed but the app said the food was delivered. So i phoned the restaurant to find out what happened. I was told that the driver arrived, tried phoning me, but no answer, so they left (I didn't recieve any phonecalls, I was using my phone all the time I was waiting for my delivery) . The guy on the phone apologised, and said he would get fresh food made up for me. After I got off the phone I realised there were missed calls from the driver, even though my phone didn't ring. 15 minutes my replacement order arrived, the driver was apologetic and understanding, and smiling, even though the initial problem was kind of my fault (technology problem I guess),.... Food was lovely, full of flavour, and hot. ..And this was at 3am. That's what you call customer service! Great food, great service, great restaurant. Fully recommend”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. “My wife booked this accommodation for Sidewinder festival and we are really pleased we did! Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! Giving us tips about taxis to the festival, ensuring we were happy with our stay when we checked out early and posting my retainers to us when I forgot to pack them! “Holyrood Salford have been a great support whilst our daughter has been settling in and she’s settled in just fine. She loves it. We really like the fact that a lot of play is outside where kids can be kids and get the fresh air they need. Our daughter skips in and comes home smiling telling us all about her day ‘at work’. We feel content and reassured leaving our daughter there with such brilliant and highly qualified staff. :)”

“Went today for late breakfast, was delicious. A bit time waiting, busy but staff was amazing and friendly. Didn't catch up any names, but all need a big pay rise working really hard in the kitchen and cleaning tables. Just a little thing to customers tidy up after self it cost you nothing and will do a difference. Thank you for cookie, my daughter love it.”
