“Quality merchandise - boots, trainers typical in style of this household name, synonymous with rugged, and at the same time "high fashion", proven brand name. I was impressed when I visited the Arnadale shop, and was served by Jordon, the time and care he showed me, advising me about my best choice. Eventually I chose the trekker featured. Great sale on at the moment( although the item i chose was not in the sale, that was purely personal choice). I'd advise you to get down there and see not only the quality footwear, emphasis here being on the word "quality", but a fine selection of parkas and lots of choice in fashinable outdoor wear.”

“I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)”

“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. Very good experience and my little girl got the trainers she wanted. There was a lady at the stairs who said good bye and have a nice day. I will be coming back. Thabkyou.”

“Went into Skatehut with my step-son with no idea of what he wanted, but with a budget of £100. The staff advised, recommended and helped him decide on a new deck, forks, and grips to customise his scooter. The staff member Myles helped us so much with his advice, and then he took the time to add the new grips, and then build the scooter for us in the shop, with help from Pete. I was so happy with the patience that we were shown and the customer service was second to none, thank you once again lads!”

“I had the pleasure of visiting this store on Monday, let's just say it did not disappoint what do ever. I travelled from Exeter with my wife just to be able to go to this 1 shop in Manchester. From the minute we entered the shop, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. They quickly informed us that if we couldn't the size we required on the rail, they had plenty more sizes in the stock room and would fetch anything up if we needed them too. Needless to say i bought some items that day and even went back on Tuesday morning to purchase a couple more bits.”

“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

THANKFULLY a Halfords member of staff came out and helped push the car into the Halfords car park. He tightened the battery within minutes and sent me on my way. An absolute LIFE SAVER”
