"Ordered xmas present, which was delivered in December. The pogo stick was too big for my child, so returned it in January, they advertised extended returns policy. Returned item in January but wouldn't refund, only credit."

"Ordered ice skates on Saturday for next day at an extra cost of £5.99 and nothing arrived so I had to call them on the Tuesday to be told the skates I ordered were out of stock! Order cancelled and refund given .. avoid! Communication is not good"

"Went into Skatehut with my step-son with no idea of what he wanted, but with a budget of £100. The staff advised, recommended and helped him decide on a new deck, forks, and grips to customise his scooter. The staff member Myles helped us so much with his advice, and then he took the time to add the new grips, and then build the scooter for us in the shop, with help from Pete. I was so happy with the patience that we were shown and the customer service was second to none, thank you once again lads!"
