“Great shop, Iceland need to staff it propery, there was an incident of theft, yet the staff couldn't get the stock back as understaffed. Come on Iceland, the savings in preventing theft must pay and extra member of staffs wages. We have security in a smaller Little Hulton store yet not in the larger Walkden store. Madness!”

“Ignore the 1 star reviews of this store. A lot of salty people who don't understand how retail works. Even during the covid pandemic, this store delivers a large range of items (from fresh fruit to home baking), friendly staff and most importantly good value for money. Some prices may seem a bit steep but what they cost in price they make up for in taste. Step in and ignore the haters.”

“Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

“5* highly recommend! We ordered through their website, we live close by(5 min drive) so selected collection… 10 minutes later the food turned up at our door! The driver was really friendly and said they were happy to deliver it for free because we lived so close. On top of that the food was lovely! Will definitely be ordering again.”

“Bought my persian cat Toby here today for the first time and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! “Ordered for the first time and we loved their food. Didn’t have to wait too long to get our order. The wings were so crispy and tasty and the Singapore Vermicelli was nice too. Everything was very flavoursome but their salt and pepper chips were just ok. However the food is a bit pricey for takeaway and it does however make you super thirsty. I will however come reorder with them.”

“After a nice walk down the local loop line and a play on the park, the café in the village is a fabulous place to head for. Warm and welcoming staff, serving delicious hot and cold food. “All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I go 1 to 2 times a week and get the same treatment. The food is always great and the latte is amazing, even when different staff members make it, it has the same consistency which is how I like my latte. If you are ever in Walkden pop in and give it a go.”
