Owner Debbie was lovely and we have been back several times each time she is polite, always a smile on her face and goes that extra mile with the guys I have with me. “Just had the vegan special...wow !! I'm not even vegan but went full vegan option and it was banging!! Toasted to perfection and the addition of some chilli heat wave Doritos in it for that crunch took it to the next level. I had the Bhaji sandwich the other week which was awesome too but I think with maybe a little mint (vegan) Yoghurt on it would take it level with today's taste sensation. What do you think Rack?”

“We've been here three times now and this is the best Indian food that I've had outside of India! The dishes are much more interesting than your usual Indian restaurant - with so much more flavour and beautifully presented. There are excellent vegetarian choices for both starters and main courses. The staff are really friendly and attentive and keen to chat about the menu if you need help choosing. “Just literally finished the food and was absolutely spot on. Burgers were soooooo nice and everything else on top was amazing. We had an issue with missing items on delivery as the driver didn’t drop it off and they soon got us a replacement ready and treated us to some ice cream for the issue. “We went to Terra & Mare on Christmas Day and it was absolutely amazing. I was in charge of booking a restaurant for our family Christmas Day meal. I found Terra & Mare online, and although the reviews were excellent, I was still a little apprehensive because I had never eaten there before and I just wanted everything to be perfect for ourselves and my parents. Well, thanks to all of the amazing staff at the Terra & Mare our Christmas Day was absolutely perfect. From the second that we walked through their doors, you could tell that you were in great hands. They immediately took our jackets and sat us at our table, then within a minute or two they brought us some drinks over. Every single member of staff was so attentive and couldn't do enough for you, and they did it all with a huge smile on their face. There were five of us in our party, and each and every course that we had was absolutely delicious, and there was nothing that you could fault. This was the first time that we had managed to be together as a family at Christmas for three years, so thank you to everyone at the Terra & Mare for helping to make this one absolutely perfect.”

“Gorgeous cafe. Fits right in with the Underbank development. The coffee is fab and the vegetarian breakfast (smashed avocado with poached eggs and halloumi) was amazing but it's the little touches that nailed it for me: 1. an umbrella stand and a coat stand, ideal when it's a soggy day outside (no dripping all over the cafe) and; 2. a steak knife to cut the sourdough toast. Much underrated. I spotted the cakes as I paid and went back later to sample. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake was incredible. Try the mushrooms on toast. Amazing.”
