“Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.”

“(Oct 2022 update) Since last review new landlord now in situ. All change under the new team! Certainly more or additional televisions showing football when I called in. This is still a great local pub in Cheadle village. A great range of Hyde's beers at a very reasonable prices. Well worth trying to see the changes & sample some excellent beer.”

“Great pub this. We only called in for an hour and stayed all night. Nice to see really good entertainment on. The Committee band really worked hard and played all the dance floor hits. The girl singer was amazing and they seemed to be on all night. Let us know when next they are on and we’ll be there. The staff were very polite and really got into the music. Great vibe. “Went here Christmas Day after being let down in another curry house in gatly, after explaining to the Management they said they will find us a table without even a booking reservation has There was 12 in our party and we fully enjoyed the food and the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be definitely willbe going here again.”

“Was a nice visit with my 4 year old daughter for a little coffee date. They made her a lovely little hot chocolate with cream and they made it ready to drink temperature so she didn't burn her mouth. The place was clean and setup covid safe with good social distance measures and sanitiser etc. The only thing is the prices of coffee but that was already known but not bad for a treat.”

“I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. Our dog Leo is slightly nervous around people but he warmed up to Andy so quickly! Leo is always so excited when Andy arrives and judging by the photos we receive- Leo has the best time! He is always sleepy after his walks! Andy is incredibly reliable, professional, friendly, and cares deeply about the dogs he walks. Very reasonably priced too!”
