“Absolutely lovely pub, very nice exterior and interior. Made a last minute decision to come for Sunday roast, and despite the restaurant being fully booked, they were more than happy to accommodate us in the bar area. Food came out fairly quickly and it was absolutely delicious. A decent sized portion and every part of it was tasty! Will definitely come again to try other items on the menu.”

“Great shop, Iceland need to staff it propery, there was an incident of theft, yet the staff couldn't get the stock back as understaffed. Come on Iceland, the savings in preventing theft must pay and extra member of staffs wages. We have security in a smaller Little Hulton store yet not in the larger Walkden store. Madness!”

“Ignore the 1 star reviews of this store. A lot of salty people who don't understand how retail works. Even during the covid pandemic, this store delivers a large range of items (from fresh fruit to home baking), friendly staff and most importantly good value for money. Some prices may seem a bit steep but what they cost in price they make up for in taste. Step in and ignore the haters.”

“Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

“5* highly recommend! We ordered through their website, we live close by(5 min drive) so selected collection… 10 minutes later the food turned up at our door! The driver was really friendly and said they were happy to deliver it for free because we lived so close. On top of that the food was lovely! Will definitely be ordering again.”

“Bought my persian cat Toby here today for the first time and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! “This has been our regular pizza both dine in and takeaway for 2 years now forget the big name pizza places this is the real deal.and i can honestly say we have never been disappointed with anything we have eaten both dine in and takeaway, nothing is a trouble for them if you want to change anything they do it without question. Also really lovely staff nothing is too much trouble.”

“Myself and my partner took my parents here on Saturday night when they had come up to visit. It was a fairly last minute booking so the only time available was 8.30pm but it was so worth it. We arrived a little early and it was very busy! There was a large group leaving and there were another large group sat down at the table. We were told we could wait at the bar and order a drink. The man at the bar was lovely, though clearly very busy dealing with drinks orders for tables as well as the 6 people standing at the bar, but we were happy to wait. By the time our drinks orders were done a table was ready and we were taken to be seated. Every member of staff was a delight in there. And the food? AMAZING. As we finished up our meal the chef came out to ask how our meal was. What a lovely guy! We had a little chat with him before leaving. As we left and got in a cab the chef came running out with my dad's phone and glasses he left at the table. Can't wait to go back. So glad we booked here.”

“This was amazing! I would go back again and just order the honey butter rings as they were that good. Great service, lovely, clean restaurant. There was no parking on site but plenty of street parking and a pub next door you can pay to park.”

“This place is THE go to place for great food. Staff are superb and really pleasant. The kebabs are the best around without a doubt. The fish is battered and cooked just right. Overall it is a knock out take away. Highly recommend it.”
