I live in castleford west Yorkshire and ordered flowers from them by mistake as there's a barkers local to me. They showed care by getting in touch to see if there was a problem with collecting and i explained my error so they gave me a refund which I wasn't really entitled to. The next time I'm ever in the area I'm going to buy some flowers from them and thank them so much for the understanding they showed.”

The florist, Sue, was friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted and wrote the message beautifully. The flowers were delivered the next day, by Sue, without a delivery charge and I had a message to say they were delivered and photographs of the flowers sent. I really couldn't ask for a better service and would definitely recommend.”
