Being able to use the Virtual Reality headset to see our kitchen design in 3D & virtually move around it was extremely beneficial to perfecting our design together. The details clearly matter to Kemp Kitchen Design Studio, from the best storage solutions to the choice of handles, & this shows in the high quality finished product. The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. We had thought about going direct with a local cleaner but the admin fee we pay to HomeClean takes the worry out of vetting, insurance and we were guaranteed to have a cleaner that we felt comfortable and happy with being in our home whether we are there or not. It means that we are also safe in the knowledge if at any point our current cleaner chooses to change hours or just go on holiday for a few weeks, they will be able to source an equally professional and wonderful cleaner quickly - taking the pressure of us needing to look for a stop gap. I opted to get them done with Pharmaclinix knowing that they have registered health care professionals doing the treatments, which calmed my nerves abit. Ali was brilliant and very knowledgeable. He guided me through the whole treatment process. I have a scar on my lip, which made my treatment alittle harder, but he took the extra time to work with me to find the best results and I'm absolutely in LOVE with them! Right from our first visit the customer service was first class, Darren talked us through the process after we had chosen our kitchen and after the CAD survey we had a date and the fitter we chose was excellent started Monday completely finished by Friday.Response to solve a couple of issues during the fitting was very quick. “We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional.
