“I was given a freestanding graft punching bag as a gift,that I actually really wanted, I unpacked it a year later, as I was moving house and needed to make room, it came with the wrong base wasn't sure if graft now would replace it because it had been at least a year, but to my surprise they said that they would replace it for the next day at no cost!!! and true to their word parcel force delivered the next afternoon, Excellent service, quality product, friendly staff, Brilliant company I would highly recommend, ps and they arranged collection for incorrect base at my convenience.
