“I visited the shop on Tuesday 16th when in Bury for business meeting. I'd popped in to the arcade to head to Boots Opticians and saw the shop. I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.”

“The guy is a true gentleman! Helped my mum to find a new pair of trainers, first he got the chair out and unfolded it for her, then proceeded to put the shoes on my mums feet that she wanted to try! No one around like this anymore! And the prices are more than fair! Big respect to this guy”
