“Great Pub. Robinson's beers. Quiz night on Monday night. Open mike night on a Thursday. Pie night last Friday of the month. Also have a function room for hire. British Motorcycle Preservation Society meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month in the function room. All welcome whether you have a British bike or not, or are interested in older British Motorcycles. Our aim is to keep these bikes on the road. Plenty of people available to give advice and assistance.”

“Was treated to food and drink in this lovely cafe I’ve never been to before. The ambience was lovely, lots of food choice and staff were willing to deviate a little from the menu to accommodate my requests. Lovely to be able to have a cheeky glass of red with the food too. “Only just started using this curry house recently after moving to Ashton. I've had about 4 different curries now, with either nan, rice or chips. The curries are gorgeous, the best I've found around these parts. Chips start to cool in transit, so I pop them in a hot oven and they come out lovely and crispy, no problem. Nan bread is lovely also, can be popped in the oven for a few minutes also.. I always put my rice & curry in the microwave, to get it really hot. I've give them 5 stars, because I really cannot find fault and will definitely use again. The price is standard also for this type of thing, so I will definitely be ordering again.”
