“Fantastic customer service! I was looking for a certain colour and style of shorts I'd seen earlier that day browsing. The store assistant went out of his way to find 3 different shorts similar to what I described. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was working the Tuesday shift around 6-7, either way kudos to him. Everyone in the store was lovely, including the cashier. Will defintely shop again.”

The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. Emma was extremely accommodating and helpful. We quickly resolved the issue and not only do I not have to return these pants, they're also shipping me the correct ones.
