“I bought a pair of boots online. I'm in size 4. They are miles too small. Yet says they're size 4. It says contact them via chat. I've tried. No response. It says you can contact them via messenger. I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement”

“After visiting multiple suit shops in Manchester looking for a wedding suit and experiencing negative customer service. We ended up buying a suit online at Moss Bros. We took the suit to the Trafford Centre store for alterations, where we ended up having the best customer service experience to the point we completely changed the suit just 2 weeks before our wedding. Thank you to the team for being so helpful, patient and confidence boosting. Probably the best shopping experience we’ve ever had.”

“The sales assistants were very helpful and pleasant, providing me lots of coats to try; multiple sizes, styles and colours until I found the one I liked. It needed a bit of additional tailoring which was measured in store and arranged. It took less than 2 working days before the sleeves had been shortened to my specifications and the coat had been delivered. Overall the service was great, really helpful and very quick especially considering the coat needed additional tailoring. The aftercare has been really good too. Can’t fault them.”

“Visited on the 7/1/23 and found the perfect pair of Levi jeans at an amazing discounted price when going to Pay for them wouldn’t accept the code at the till. Had to leave my phone number with them and they said they would ring me if they could get the code being totally honest I wasn’t holding my breath expecting a call back from them, but true to their word they rang me 10 days later to say that they had got the code and do I still want them at a further discounted price! Could not believe what brilliant customer service that was from them hence why this is only one of a few reviews I have ever done and to be honest 5 Stars doesn't do justice to how happy I am.
