“I've been looking for a fully waterproof full length coat for a while and came across the Baleno Kensington which seemed to tick all the boxes. I also ordered a Jack Murphy Erin as a comparison but returned that due to it being less generous in sizing albeit ordering the same size. I'm generally a size 16, 36DD bust and approx 5ft 8 tall. I found this coat in a country store after searching for a while so was happy to try on before purchasing from Hollands country clothing for £30 less. I'm glad I was able to try it before purchasing online as I went for the size 14. The 16 was too big and less shapely on me. This is why I say it's generous in sizing. I chose the brown colour as I felt it was more dirt savvy than the camel which is a lovely colour but not practical for muddy dog walks. I don't have a dog but you do get the occasional dog who wants to jump up and greet you with it's muddy paws. Anyway The Kensington.. This coat is fabulous. It's stylish, comfortable and practical. Even going down a size I am able to wear a lightweight puffer coat under it for extra warmth. The length is below the calf which is what I wanted so water does not drip in to my boots. The sleeves are a good length too and they can be adjusted to be tighter. On windy days I could not feel any drafts. My only criticism of this coat is that the pockets could be a little lower and slightly deeper maybe with a bit of fleece lining for warming hands. I'm so please I have found this coat after purchasing many others in the past that have let water in. Buy one you won't be disappointed .”

There are some occasional and party wear options but due to size of the shop the selction is limited. However the stock is always well updated. Also they stock a good selection of childrenwear for girls considering the size of the shop. Clothes are of great quality and value. Full price stock are usually on pricey side however the same item during sales are of excellent value. Highly recommended.”

The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

“Bought my wedding suit from here and would 100% recommend going here for suits for any occasion! Staff was polite and as soon as we arrived we had someone come to us to see if we needed anything. We was then assigned a guy named Steve who picked out the perfect suit first time, he got us all sized up and sent them away for alterations. I was impressed when I visited the Arnadale shop, and was served by Jordon, the time and care he showed me, advising me about my best choice. Eventually I chose the trekker featured. Great sale on at the moment( although the item i chose was not in the sale, that was purely personal choice). I'd advise you to get down there and see not only the quality footwear, emphasis here being on the word "quality", but a fine selection of parkas and lots of choice in fashinable outdoor wear.”

Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”
