“This was our first visit to the Bengal Curry Pot, so it had to be right because we were celebrating a birthday. From stepping into the premises we were greeted with smiling faces and very attentive staff. This was a surprisingly large dining area, with spacious comfortable seating. A selection of tasteful Bollywood music created a perfect atmosphere. The food was indeed excellent as was the service. The cost was very reasonable. We will be returning.”

“My wife, daughter and myself have just visited Jins for dinner. We are all amazed with how good the food tasted. The service and ambiance were also fantastic. On the walk home, we all agreed this was by far he nicest meal we had eaten in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble, staff was super friendly (they found a perfect balance of being friendly and not overload the customer with kindness). Although someone went beyond and above to make our table happy and that was David. I have asked for mocktail (not on the menu) thinking I might be faced with 'no' as it happened in few places already, but for David that was not a problem. All evening he was making me the most amazing drinks I could possibly imagine. Blends, taste and attention to details... just wow!!! Thank you so much for accommodating my needs. “Called in while staying in the hotel around the corner. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. I restarted the starbucks app 3 times, and each tim, it gave me a new value (come on starbuck, uk, sort this pitiful app). However, the members of staff were patient while I tried to add funds to it. “I have ordered from here multiple times, I received my food tonight and it was freezing!!! I rang the restaurant straight away, they replaced the food and received a hot meal! The staff where very helpful and dealt with my complaint in a professional manner! By the sound of it they have had a few problems with the delivery driver previously delivering other customers their meal cold! I happy that they rectified it as this is one restaurant I really do enjoy.”
