“Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. The whole practice is very efficient and staff show how much they care for our pets.”

“Took my mum there for afternoon tea for her 80th birthday. She loved it the food was excellent she said it was the best birthday ever. Would definitely recommend it the staff are really friendly and very helpful. My mum is in a wheelchair and finds it difficult at times to get into places.”

“I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but my experiences at Poynton have cured me of that. I've had some quite extensive work done by Mo Al-Hamadani, and I have to say it was a pleasure! He is very calm, kind and reassuring, and certainly knows what he's doing. His assistants have all been so supportive - I don't know all their names, but the last one was Abbey. “I've not been a fan of dentists for many years, however, the dentist Babis has single-handedly changed this view. He's absolutely brilliant. Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. The whole job was done really fast (But without any sense of rushing). Absolutely brilliant. Only giving 5 stars because I can't give six. Many thanks!!”

“Ocean Dental is about an hour from me but I still make the effort to go to them. The receptionists are always very welcoming, all of the hygienists are friendly and thorough. I will continue to make the trek to city centre despite there being a dentist at the end of my road now. Cannot recommend enough. Great practice.”

My twins, who were initially terrified of the dentist and screamed all through their first appointment, are now absolutely fine about visiting. “We booked via groupon for a 3D scan. We had booked with an other company but the scan had been unsuccessful and wanting to have the decent scan we thought we try my baby company. The first day we attended our baby was not being cooperative, so the ultrasound nurse suggested that we go for a quick walk and come back to see if its improved things. We tried again but unfortunately due to position of the baby and the placenta it was impossible to get a decent picture of our baby. The ultrasound nurse asked us very nicely to return back the following day which we agreed. Upon returning the following day we went in for the scan and to our joy we were able to get some decent 3D images of our baby. The ultrasound nurse was constantly trying to get the best possible image she could and on both days she tried every trick of the trade to make sure that we saw our baby’s face. Even when we had a wonderful view of our daughters face the nurse was still trying to get the best possible picture she could even when we were a 100% satisfied. The second day was free of charge and the warmth and friendliness of the nurses made us feel comfortable and valued. They asked us lots of questions about our daughter and the pregnancy. Would definitely recommend to any expectant parents. Great quality, great consultancy. Thank you very much.”
