“A-mazing!!! I would HIGHLY recommend the crystal maze experience! 4 of us went and joined another group of 3. From start to finish it was brilliant! Our host (Pam) was superb and kept in character all the way around making us laugh and guiding us around! It was just like the TV show running from zone to zone whilst the music played. All the games are fun even if you're not taking part you can watch and help! The team got to do 15 games which was enough and I think it was great value for money! Will definitely be returning to do the other games we missed!”

“Been today for my daughters 7th birthday party. Absolutely fab place, Matt the party host was great and really engaged with the kids. They all had a great time and hopefully we have inspired some future climbers! My only feedback to the team is with regard to the party room. It could do with some tlc and some music maybe, but perfectly adequate.”

“Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“We attended a session as part of a group of Cub Scouts last night. There were 27 of us and everyone had a great time! From the start, staff were very friendly and attentive whilst managing out group check in. The session itself was very well supervised and great fun. One of our Cubs injured their knee during the session and they were looked after very well by the member of staff. I can not recommend this place enough!”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. I was helped by Danielle in nursery and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling like I knew what I needed and a weight had been lifted. “We had the garlic bread with cheese, margarita pizza, mixed salad, and truffle pecorino ravioli. Everything was delicious. The garlic bread is the same size as a pizza not really a starter so note that. The mixed salad was basically shredded lettuce and cucumbers with some onions; not that it was bad, but I would’ve expected at least some form of dressing to go with it. The ravioli was superb and one of the best we’ve had. Margherita pizza was great. Both pictured desserts were delicious. Food arrived promptly and well prepared. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. Would recommend the place.”

“Stayed here for 1 night on 17.02.23 and I can genuinely say it’s the best travelodge I’ve stayed in. Very clean, breakfast was great and Big thank you to the Assistant Manager Abbie George for her professional, friendly and approachable customer service - especially considering we experienced a false fire alarm during the early hours which was dealt with and over very quickly. Great stay! Will come here again.”
