British Motorcycle Preservation Society meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month in the function room. All welcome whether you have a British bike or not, or are interested in older British Motorcycles. Our aim is to keep these bikes on the road. Plenty of people available to give advice and assistance.”

“Absolutely first class. Staff are very informative and the food was just beautiful. I actually think that it was the best meal I’ve ever had. This was relayed to the waitress too, who rang a bell at the side of the kitchen for recognition of their high standard of food. I would definitely recommend the T bone steak too, it was delicious. Thank you for making our valentines meal one to remember. In hines sight, the £10 tip wasn’t enough!”

“I have always loved this restaurant. All of the staff are lovely and very attentive. It was my mums birthday today and we went to Bella italia tonight for her birthday meal. All of the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had a waiter called Jack and he is my favourite waiter - so polite and presentable and will go the extra mile to make your meal so special !! I will definitely keep coming - simply can’t get enough, yum !!! Can’t recommend enough.”

“Nice place, live local and not the first time we've been in. Plenty of choice on the menu and we were both happy with the food, normally quite busy but the night we went we were the only customers eating in and it was eerily quiet but staff were friendly and the food was very good”

“The best Indian in the Saddleworth area! I was recommended this place years ago by a friend and have been coming here ever since. The chicken jalfrezi is my favourite with their peshwari naan, chicken chatt, onion bhajis popadoms and all the sauces. Murgh masalam is delicious, everything I’ve tried, is amazing and would recommend anyone to order from here!”

“I’m extremely pleased with the service and overall delivery. I ordered large Pizzas tots Sticks, papadias for myself and my family for the first time, and were amazed. We don’t normally eat from outside as we are a family that likes home food meals but the pizzas were extremely delicious and the staff were very kind. I’d like the Manager and his all staff they all were very patient and supportive with the order. I will definitely order some time again.”

“First went to this pub in 2021, I’m from Shaw but live in the US, stayed at a local Airbnb thought we’d give it a go, simply the best Cheese & onion pie you’ll ever have, was back in the UK in February, went twice in 8 days Great pub all round!!”

“The staff and the food was excellent but took 1 hour 10 minutes to be served done no what when wrong today but when you spending 50 pounds plus you think you would get your meal in good time and not see other people get there's how have come in after you and had eaten and gone not happy but food and staff was just been here today as usual the meals were great as it was mother's day and the place was packed”

“We have been dining at zing & zest for the past 7 years and can honestly say we enjoy it every time we go. The staff & manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They will tweak a dish if possible or advise on which you'd enjoy based on your spice tolerance. We've probably tried most of the menu but here are some of our favourites dishes are, Starters - Lamb namkeen boti, chicken chaat puri & spicy hot rods. Mains - Lamb saagwala, Shashlik exotic karahi and Murgh Akbai. We also enjoy the Sunday buffet, which is a bargain! There's a choice of 4 different Starters and 4 different curries (1 is usually tikka masala for the kids) in the hot plates, then you order fresh rice and breads with the waiter when your ready for your main and he'll bring it over. Gives you chance to try dishes you've never had before, we love it. We have introduced many people to zing & zest over the years who have also fell in love with it. It's always our go to place to take friends & family to dine out, as we know we'll be looked after and well fed. Our kids also love it here, it's our daughter 1st choice everytime. We love supporting our local Indian. As our daughter says "Zing & Zest, is the Best!"”

“Always a pleasant time when I visit here. Probably my favourite restaurant. Staff are really nice and friendly. They are helpful and polite. The food never disappoints and the cocktails are lovely! Especially when they are 241! Never had any issues here. Love it! Pics are what I ordered. Food - Crispy beef chilli tacos topped with melted cheese, sour cream and pink onions, side salad and corn on the cob. Drinks - strawberry daiquiri and long island iced tea.”

“only popped in for salt and pepper chips but service was fast & me and my friends all thought the food was amazing- they don't take card but that's not an issue as there's an ATM just down the street. Friend said the salt and pepper chips were better than at Wings (they were)”

“Our new favourite pub. We're not big drinkers and don't normally go to pubs on a regular basis but would go on occasion on baby free nights. We saw an ad for this place by chance on facebook for the quiz on sundays hosted by Elliott. It's a great electronic quiz and you get supper from Sunday's leftovers included in the price of the quiz which is £1. It's on Sundays from 7.30pm and usually finished by 9.30. The past few weeks we've have the leftover Ham from the roast dinner on sandwiches and Chilli con Carne with Rice. Drinks are also reasonably priced and the main menu food is delicious too, but make aure to order before the kitchen closes at 6.45 if you need to eat before the quiz starts.”
