“We had a lunch during the week and it was lovely .. The food was delicious .. The place was spotless .. We enjoyed the whole experience .. They kindly offered us some vouchers for the new near, therefore I am certainly coming back!!”

“Food is very good, I would recommended the sundried tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini and the Italian Burger. Service is very good. Prices are very reasonable. Food is good quality. I’ve had breakfast/brunches from other local shops, however A Bite2Eat is the best one.”

“A family-run place where you can expect to find excellent great quality of products, beautiful chef's touches on the plates served and a warm welcome. I went for dinner and had the gyros platter which was incredible! Have not had that quality of meat since I was back in Greece so full stars for this. They also have a quaint but excellently crafted coctail selection. I went for an amaretto sour which was spot on. Definitely check it out when around Handforth or in Wilsmlow as it is quite close. Will try the breakfast next and report back!”

Rooms are lovely and clean and well stocked with the normal tea, coffee etc Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and cooked to order. 5 minute walk to Dunham Massey and lovely homely pub next door with a real coal fire”

When deciding where to have my 30th birthday party a few people mentioned that Fig&Fennel do private events in the evening - wow wow wow! Lee was great! The food was absolutely fantastic - all my guests commented on the huge variety of food on the night and how delicious it all was. “Date of visit: December 2021 Came here for birthday celebrations I had the chicken kebab which was delicious and tender. The kebabs don't come with salad or carb sides so need to order separately. It's bring your own alcohol. Not perfectly wheelchair accessible but managed to get a space onto the table without much fuss over the step. Staff were lovely. Nice decor. Book in advance at busy times.”

“I don't drink so I always have coffee, my coffee was spot on and as a bonus there was a choice of chocolate biscuits, yum yum, staff very pleasant place spotless definitely would be first port of call if I lived in Disley which is only a mile or so from Stockport and a bit more to Buxton a good starting point for walkers, with Lyme park a few yards down the road”

“Popped on for lunch on my daughters birthday. Very friendly staff, child friendly, lovely food. There is seating downstairs which is next to the river and after all the recent rain, the kids found it very exciting being so close to it and watching the ducks.”
