Middleton Nursery School
“Outstanding facility, welcoming staff, a very safe and stimulating environment. Both of my girls loved it there. Thank you for making their time memorable, they still talk about it fondly today.”
Ducklings Nursery at Middleton
“My sister went here when it was still called treetops and before they got alot of things. I came here for holiday clubs when I was around 5 and the staff were teasing and fun. I remember Chloe and Sarah, chloe gave me a name badge holder which I still have but I lost the paper with her name. I miss this place so much and will visit soon for sure, its almost been a decade.”
Fisherfield Childcare - The School House Middleton Nursery
“Fisherfields really is a top class nursery and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our son. It’s so easy to see that they love him and he loves them, whether it’s Megan, Elisha or Shammy in his room, or the rest of the lovely staff. My son has developed so much since being there and we can tell how much he enjoys it too. We get updates and pictures every day and have even had chance to watch our son play in his room with the team, which reassured us even more. Thank you for everything so far!”
M24 Arts and Crafts
“Brilliant place,Aladdin's cave! The staff couldn't be more helpful! Great for craft items, good wool selection.”
Heaton Park
“Went on a windy cold January day and the park was magnificent!!! It’s only 4 miles from Manchester and on a clear day you can see the Mancunian towers and buildings from the hilltops. There’s a tram stop just beside it so very easy to go to. Wasn’t too crowded at all probably because of the wind. The animals were out and about enjoying the little sun they could find. The gardens are well kept. Some of the food stalls were closed but the cafe and pub were both open for food and drinks”
Hopwood Woods
“Parking is easy if arriving early at the woods entrance near the college main gate. Lovely walk through the trees by the river, then up around the water works onto farmland where you may see deer. Then around the wonderful wild glade woods and back again. Saw lots of Wrens, Robins, Finches, Nuthatch etc. The usual suspects. Looks nice and clean, mostly.”
G M B Whitehouse Club
“Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Keenly priced drinks with a good choice. Very good entertainment with bingo. Definitely worth a visit.”

Kidz Klub Midd
“I have used kids klub for a long time now. My children both enjoy it and are always busy creating one adventure or another. I on the other hand love sitting watching whilst drinking a great cup of coffee and enjoying a delicious snack. Their food is brilliant!!!! Both my children have their parties there which are reasonably priced and the kids love them and I have already booked parties for this year. All in all a fabulous place for me and my kids”
Premier Inn Manchester (Heaton Park) hotel
“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”
Thornberries Pub
“The food was great. I love Italian food and it’s not often you get authentic Italian cooking at such a reasonable price.”
Century City
“I always get asian style from century city. S12 or s10. When Mai left the food went slightly downhill. Now that she is back the food tastes exactly how I like it. Their secret recipe is something else. Its addictive. They are a 5* with Mai as head chef.”
Sunny Brow Nursery School
“I went here in the early 90s, before starting Parkfield Primary School. I absolutely loved it and have many fond memories. If it's anything like it used to be then I'd give it 5 stars.”
Tots Junction
“Great place, great staff. My little boy loves going. I wouldn’t trust him anywhere else. I feel safe and reassured when he’s in their care.”
Minhas Dr A
“Dr minhas has been my doctor for many years now and without him not sure I would be still here. I have complex health issues and he always listened carefully and got me the right care without delay, so I just want to thank you dr for all the help over the years. Sorry I can't say the same for rest of the doctors at durnford medical centre”
