“Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

“Best welcome ever. This is an older premier inn,with actual keys. After a nightmare flight back from Frankfurt we arrived tired and annoyed but the guy at the front desk and the manageress in the back room just made our day. Both kind, friendly and chatty 10 out of 10. Even gave us 2 little bottles of wine. Unbelievable but what a random act of kindness. Yes the hotel is old but it's clean, beds still comfy, room has everything you need and staff on hand. Location is walkable into handforth which has pubs, restaurants and take aways. Location feels very safe. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Thanks.”

“What a fabulous experience. I went food shopping last night and it honestly looked like there had been a war. Half of the things I needed they had sold out of, people had scattered food all over the shelves so it was all untidy. I went back at 6am. All the shelves beautifully stacked, got everything I needed in 10 minutes. There was even a member of staff hoovering the carpets at the entrances. Your staff are a credit to you and the store looked fabulous this morning.”

“Played Mottram Hall today and felt compelled to leave a good review. The course was awesome. Nice wide fairways with plenty of features and character. Interesting greens with tricky pin placements and lots of bunkers to catch you out. The course was in really good condition. I have played a few courses in the area and so far Mottram is my favourite. And it’s long, so plenty of opportunities to use the driver and fairway woods. We paid £25 each for a twilight round mid-week which is an absolute bargain.”

“I am really pleased with the acrylic gel nails here. I have tried many nail places around the city centre since moving to Manchester and they have all had appalling quality. Wonderful Nails always last amazingly, no chipping or lifting, and the prices are very fair. Highly recommend to anyone.”

The staff was a delight, Laura in the spa could not have been more helpful and pleasant if she tried, Christian the GM was so kind and welcoming and the staff in the restaurants went above and beyond. The property was beautiful and I left with the commitment to return as soon as possible. I 100% recommend staying at Mottram Hall and enjoying everything they have to offer. “Great rooms, decent size. Everything you need. Bathrooms are tired to be honest and the bathroom floor needs changed, it was old vinyl and bubbled causing it to raise in areas. The restaurant staff at dinner were extremely friendly and good service. The food was exceptional.”

“I was recommended to visit Mr Lambe when I decided to have a breast enlargement, he was extremely thorough in my consultation and asked to see me again before we went ahead with the surgery to ensure I was completely happy to go through with it. He uses 3D goggles which give you a really good idea how you will look with different sizes. I am currently 10 days post op and I am delighted with my results! They look so natural (which was very important to me) I am so happy now when I look in the mirror! Mr Lambe is such a professional and a perfectionist which is clear in his amazing work!
