“OMG so I have had Botox and filler (lips) on a few occasions but I’ve never had the amazing service from any other practitioner than Adam! I first went in to get my lip filler dissolved due to just not being happy with it (done with another practitioner). Adam immediately put me at ease and I felt supremely comfortable in his presence. “Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. “I have just completed a course of IPL for the treatment of rosacea and broken vessels on my face. From start to finish the experience has been exemplary. Irina is careful and considered in her approach, honest and direct about possible outcomes, results and aftercare, and upfront about costs and number of sessions. Each appointment has been swift and punctual, Irina is kind and I always felt safe in her hands. The fact that she is a trained and very experienced nurse prescriber is probably what made me choose her above others, and why I had so much confidence in her. It shows and makes a huge difference. She knows her stuff! My face is less red, less hot and irritated, and as rosacea cannot be cured this is expected to return slowly and need regular maintenance sessions. Don’t expect it to be once-and-done. However, I’m most pleased at how the vessels are much less visible, about an 80-85% improvement I think. I don’t like wearing make up, so this has been a fantastic result for me. I look less ‘ruddy’ and more fresh faced.
