“Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer. I appreciate things can go wrong but its how a company deals with these hiccups that really makes a difference. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Adrianne”

“Great coeliac menu, obviously as everywhere coeliac menus are always over priced, but the food is excellent it is delicious, even my girlfriend who isn't coeliac tends to order from this menu as she also enjoys the food.”

“Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”

“I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!”
