“I decided to visit MTHS based upon the fantastic Google reviews they had received. The salon is easy to find and upon entering I was greeted and acknowledged with friendliness. A hot drink was offered and I only had to wait a couple of minutes before Sara (Senior Stylist) led me upstairs. The salon is clean, trendy and welcoming. The consultation with Sara was lovely and she really listened to my concerns and suggestions relating to my impending haircut/hairstyle. She made a point of explaining every step she was taking and the reasoning behind that (really appreciated this). Sara was quick, efficient and has a great sense of humour and warmth. I was incredibly happy with my hairstyle (which is now manageable) and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.”

“Freindly and compassionate staff from reception to the vetenary people. We unfortunately lost our 11 year old pug but the vet I think is called Simon (sorry if it's the wrong name but we were heartbroken) made the whole process from beginning to end so much easier. They have a special room set up where you can spend time with you fur baby after they have gone. Every step was explained and not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were rushed or just a number. We were able to leave by a side door to the carpark so that we didn't have to leave by reception where everyone could see your distress. We were treated with respect and dignity and made Buchanan's the only choice for us when we got our new puppy's, I'm happy in the knowledge that when we need them they will be the first people we go to fie their care.”

A+ February 2019 - Martin moved a ready built shed to another location in our garden, painted it and repaired the roof. He cut new panes of Perspex and re-glazed our small summer house and painted it. Again, a totally professional service and we have asked him to carry out further work for us.”

In just one visit with Manjunath, he reduced the pain and I experienced much more, pain free, movement in my shoulder. “I can not recommend this guy highly enough. I found him originally by Googling him, and thought he looked reliable, and have found him to be extremely so. The first time I rang him a few months ago: I needed an emergency plumber. John was tied up at the time, but recommended someone else who came and got the job done. Yesterday, I again needed an emergency plumber for a different problem and luckily John was free and was round before I was expecting him. He came round really quickly. He completed the job I needed and also did a couple of small plumbing jobs I’d been putting off, extremely satisfactorily. Every time I’ve phoned John or contacted him via email etc, he has answered the phone or responded to my email very promptly. I’m really impressed. Thanks for being a “life saver”, John. Best wishes! P.S. His rates were not any dearer than I expected so I guess he’s good value too!”

“Came to this dentist on thursday after 4 years of not seeing a dentist after a traumatic visit to my own dentist i never went back, then covid came along ! I have a few bad teeth, the dentist i seen was so nice i was so scared i didnt even get his name , in the 15 minutes time slot he had i was numbed and my worst tooth was extracted he didnt judge! he didnt tell me off ! And now im out of pain on that side still more work to be done on my other side but need to be referred again for that im so greatful from the receptionist to leaving the dentist i was fully at ease , thank you to that man i seen EDIT: Had to return again for another extraction a week ago today and seen a lovely lady called catherine this time and she was just as nice a week later im pain free after 4 long years i cant thank mark and catherine enough xx”

“Went for a family meal prior to nephew and his wife returning back to Canada. There were nine of us who orderd a variety of different meals. Everybody agreed food was excellent and because you can take your own drinks the overall price was very reasonable. I don't normally do reviews but on this occasion it's very appropriate.”
