“Freindly and compassionate staff from reception to the vetenary people. We unfortunately lost our 11 year old pug but the vet I think is called Simon (sorry if it's the wrong name but we were heartbroken) made the whole process from beginning to end so much easier. They have a special room set up where you can spend time with you fur baby after they have gone. Every step was explained and not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were rushed or just a number. We were able to leave by a side door to the carpark so that we didn't have to leave by reception where everyone could see your distress. We were treated with respect and dignity and made Buchanan's the only choice for us when we got our new puppy's, I'm happy in the knowledge that when we need them they will be the first people we go to fie their care.”

“Came to this dentist on thursday after 4 years of not seeing a dentist after a traumatic visit to my own dentist i never went back, then covid came along ! I have a few bad teeth, the dentist i seen was so nice i was so scared i didnt even get his name , in the 15 minutes time slot he had i was numbed and my worst tooth was extracted he didnt judge! he didnt tell me off !
