The Receptionists are all really caring & helpful. You can ring with a query & the Receptionist will ask a vet who is usually out visiting other horses. However you ALWAYS get an answer & your horse may need to see a vet as they can't really diagnose over the Phone. If you have an emergency they are usually there within the hour. I have been with Practice for 11 years & would not go anywhere else!”
