I was served by Sue with brilliant customer service and even though it was late in the day she had a smile and wasted no time in retrieving my order. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this branch and given they treated me so well on a Sunday evening when other places would say they’re closed, I felt the need to share my experience :)”

He understood how to tackle the issue and gave me a demonstration on a small area before we agreed to proceed. He carried on with the job with no disruption to me and was done quickly. “They need to sort out the lack of baskets as you come in the door the last 20 times I've been in there have been no hand baskets at the door like any major supermarket would have. Change the layout of the stock as the BnQ/homebase hybrid style-mixed household item section they have in the middle is not great. Move the freezer section to the middle lower rear half aisles and place the messy jumble sale goods in the back corner. They need to extend outwards, (onto the garden plant display area) , the countertop section at the side window by 20ft at least. This will create space to get self service express lanes sorted with 1 staff member at the end always to provide assistance and to monitor. other than that its a great place to shop lol.”

“Sophie is a very nervy dog, who hates being groomed. At her last groomers they kept her for five hours, and I arrived to find her shaking and traumatised. Today she left ypur premises a happy, well groomed dog! You obviously really love dogs; it is not just a job for you and it really shows. Total value for money and such a large space, we had room for an indoor bouncy castle and still loads of room for all the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone.
