All the guys here are incredible, taking the time to understand your needs, bounce around ideas and put your mind at rest. Everyone is friendly and they are all very gifted artists.”

“Fantastic serloin steak for a work meeting out. Cooked perfectly with a nice intense charcoal flavour. The grilled halloumi with pesto was very nice touch, delicious. Very polite and attentive service in a comfortable environment. If I had to fault something my only grumble would be the long Island ice tea had too much lime which made the coke fizz flat and drink sharp (I am highly critical of cocktails)”

“Our experience of using Paul Birtles to sell our parents house has been excellent !! They communicated frequently to let us know what was happening at all times. Whenever I phoned, I was nearly always able to speak to Dan who was able to explain what they required of us or was expected of us by the solicitor. And if I did speak to someone else they were always very helpful. We had a delay on our probate application; beyond our control, and Birtles showed great patience and understanding despite the inconvenience to everyone. The last couple of weeks before the sale became quite frantic with emails and phone-calls flying back and forth and Dan’s cooperation to do whatever was necessary to complete without further delays was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.”

“Our first visit here today. Wow, just wow. I had the mushrooms on sourdough and my husband had the Turkish eggs. Both were unreal. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had. We also took a cake home. The cake selection was also one of the best I've seen. We will be back as there is still many menu items and cakes I want to try. A credit to Urmston. Well done!”

“Walked past on a few occasions and thought it look very nice from the outside! Came up for my uncles 50th and was excited when I found out the meal was booked here. Table of 17 people and everybody got food at the same time, there was no stupid wait time for drinks either and I'd say they were very busy that night so a credit to the team and management staff! As for the food....well.....wow!!!! I went for the lamb and I was not disappointed! Packed full bursting with flavour it was cooked to perfection just as I requested! All washed down with a cocktail again made to perfection! Can't fault anything about this place at all 11/10 will definitely be back!”

We operate Emergency Ambulances on behalf of the NHS and it's vital that our fleet is up to scratch and we can get the most of the vehicle when time is of the essence. I spoke with Andy re 4 Renault Masters which are new, Andy said no problem and within a week all 4 of our Renault Ambulances have been remapped and the feedback from the staff is excellent. “I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment and the day I had toothache is the day I had a call to come in! I went in on Wednesday & was called back in today to have a root canal treatment which was performed by Sid I believe his name was. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist, he was very friendly & we had a good conversation yet he remained very professional. He kept asking me throughout if I was ok, and I could tell he loved what he does as the tooth he has now created genuinely looks like a real tooth & that’s down to his skill. I will be back soon for the rest of my teeth to be fixed!! I’ll never go anywhere else now and I will forever recommend this place especially that particular dentist! I also met his colleague who was also extremely friendly and caring. Overall pleasant experience.”
