“As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Full of flavour and such a great find here in Manchester. I had ordered the egg curry along with the mushroom xacuti and loved both. The portions are also generous so would highly recommend to people who want to try goan food or just want to be reminded of back home. The couple and their family were also extremely sweet and welcoming. Will 100% order again.”

It's different from all other restaurants I have been to (in the best way possible), and I found it quite refreshing and exciting to try dishes that aren't so common and easily found elsewhere. “Casa is like a second home to me, my family have been going here ever since they first opened, every birthday every Christmas we are there, the food is out of this world! My favourite is the half cheese half tomato garlic bread and the tagliatelle supreme!! I could go on. The customer service is excellent they are so friendly and try to have laughs with everyone! Casa nostra is the best Italian I’ve ever been too! Even when we get it to takeaway it is just like being in the restaurant itself!”

“Booked last minute the night before online and when I arrived the following morning I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was booked in with Jordan but actually had my hair cut with Fiona as I have short hair which needed some reshaping after a poor cut at another salon previously. I really respected the fact that Jordan handed me over to Fiona as she felt that I needed a more experienced pair of hands. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. A short, textured pixie crop with no steps or divots. Really happy. I'll definitely be back. A lovely, clean salon with a real family atmosphere and genuine conversation. “Quirky with a vintage twist. I love this little café. It's so inviting and you can smell the beautiful food as you approach. The new location is definitely better for size. There's seating inside and out which makes a change for this area. I love the shear selection of tea and I'm slowly trying to work my way through them all. So far my favourite is the fairy wings tea. They also have a great milkshake selection. The bacon butties are amazing. Plus the homemade cakes and scones are a must try.”
