“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“Who said you can't have fun and stay safe? Namco Bowling made it happen! We had a great time with family. We booked 2 lanes side by side and played against one another. The place felt safe, clean and in line with the gov. guidelines.”

“Jeff was the star of the show (along with my daughter) on Sunday at Edie’s first birthday party. Jeff was absolutely brilliant and to top it off he is really lovely too. All the kids and adults loved him and have been raving about how good he was. I was busy at the party but Jeff made sure not to forget me, he made me a very cute flower corsage and Edie some balloons too. Highly recommend Jeff, we will definitely be using him again! “Precious Things dressed the venue and provided the bridal bouquet and flowers for our registrar table/top table for our wedding in January 2018. We were absolutely delighted we choose Precious Things - they listened to our requirements as well as guiding and reassuring us throughout the whole process. Our venue was dressed gorgeously and the flowers were exactly as we expected and so beautiful. One final comment - this company were reliable. We organised our wedding in a short time scale (8 weeks) and whilst it was a busy period for them leading up to our wedding (with Christmas and New Year) they were so supportive and we felt reassured they would deliver what they promised, and they did! Highly recommended.”

“I contacted Chelsea Flowers in Wilmslow for my mother whose brother had passed away and we wanted to order flowers from his family in Australia. We are all Scottish and so mum really wanted authentic Scottish Thistles and a wild countryside look to the Spray. Kat who worked there provided some great options but alas no real thistles were available from the markets...so using her initiative she mentioned that where she went running there maybe some wild thistles and she would check. Indeed she found some when nobody else could and managed to arrange them beautifully with passion and flare, not to mention personally delivering them for us. My mother and family delighted and they did us proud on the day of the service. Huge thank you 'above and beyond' and stunning arrangement at that. Shirley”

“I have been to many functions at this venue and always had a great night. Always made to feel welcome even when I have been there on my own. The staff are very friendly and also very accomodating when I have held events there. One such event was on the 14th August where it was a great night and the staff even helped decorate the room as well as cleared everything into a tidy area for us to collect the next day. I noticed a 1* review from a guest at the previous event.. The lady claims to have been Merry but not drunk yet was abusive and confontational to other guest including myself. Later at her hotel it took 8 police officers to escort her from her room after she constantly tried to attack on of her own party. If thats not drunk I'd hate to see how you behave when you are? The fact this lady 2 weeks later is still trying to cause trouble, speaks more about her than the venue she is trying to bad mouth.”
