“I ordered fence panels online, completing the order was frustrating owing to a technical problem ! But once completed Jewsons were brilliant ! As part of the problem my order was designated as collect, but I wanted delivery. The branch was closed , so phoned next day to rearrange delivery, this was done with no problem. My order was delivered next day . Brilliant. As an aside the fence panels were mad by Grange, approximately £4 dearer than those sold by most diy stores, but the difference in quality is like chalk and cheese ! Well done to Jewsons and staff for their help and stocking quality materials !”

“Lots of good covid safety measures. Really nice staff. Remember to look up the things you want online and have your references ready or your order number ready, this makes it quicker and easier to collect the things which you have bought. It's almost the equivalent of Argos- but for DIY. It was our first visit and we didn't realise that you couldn't look around the store. We thought it was going to be like B&Q. Basically, you order things and then you go and pick them up at the counter. The staff they were really lovely and still enabled us to order the things we required.”

“Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are lovely and they offer room service. All of their food is delicious from the restaurant and when delivered to rooms. They have a hot tub as well as a pool (though they don't allow kids in it). Well cleaned, baths and showers are well maintained but you may need to ask for a fan in the summer as the windows don't open fully. Only thing to watch out for (especially for business travellers) is if you require wifi access for more than 1 hour, you have to pay extra.”

“Gorgeous place to get a coffe in Manchester. The vibes inside this cafe are amazing and it is very relaxing. Music choice is really good and the sitting area is very cool as well. I am a coffee lover and I'm usually drinking double espresso and here is absolutely terrific, so flavoured and tasted,way above the multitude of cafes around the town center area . Pastries and sandwiches are very fresh and a full vegan selection is available. Last but not least, the staff. People that work here are so nice and gentle that is kinda go and have a coffee with your friend, especially if you meet Paula,Charley and the rest of the team!these guys are just amazing! Definitely a place to spend a very peaceful afternoon.”

All their fish are quarantined as well and they had such an amazing selection to choose from. “I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all. “I went into BCS Parts today (Wednesday). My local garage ordered in a part for my Vauxhall Astra yesterday but couldn’t fit it until today, only to realise that an additional part was required to complete the job. I was infuriated as I believed it was BCS Parts that mistakenly didn’t add the extra part that was required. So I left my local garage to travel a few miles to obtain the extra part for my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, a man called Pete attended to me straight away. I explained to him what the issue was, and he explained that my local garage made a mistake of not adding the extra part required to the order. Pete, diffused my frustration within moments and he made me realise that it wasn’t actually their wrongdoing. He also went above and beyond to give me the required part for free. He really didn’t need to that as I was more than happy to pay. These guys at BCS are really genuine and the warehouse looks as if they stick almost everything. Thanks once again BCS, Thanks Pete.”

“Forgot what good customer service was until going to Quick Fit Oldham. Adge ( sorry re spelling) and Gareth where great. Booked car in on Sunday to take Monday for two punctures. Arrived early but they saw me straight away. Inspected tyres and great news told me they could both be repaired. In and out in an hour for 2 tyres. What a result. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.”
