“As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer. The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch. Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!”

She's looked after our dog Elsie many times and has gone over and above in times of need, on one occasion putting in extra time to tale Elsie to emergency vets. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind. Carole did a fabulous job with the grooming and her attention to detail fantastic. Two very happy, relaxed doggies when i picked them up, looking lovely and their fur hss never been so soft. “I was very impressed with the high-tech scanner that was used to form an impression of my teeth and the crown that was made from this fits perfectly (I've previously had bad experiences with ill-fitting crowns at another dentist)! Both Gavin + the environment (there is even a TV on the ceiling) helped me to feel calm and appropriate amount of local anaesthetic was used.”

“Sandy Lane nursery is the most amazing nursery. The staff are so lovely with a genuine interest in your child, the outside is very very spacious with lots and lots for the children to do. The visits to the forest is my sons favourite. They always keep you up to date with any activities etc that is going on and always keep you informed of what your child has been doing throughout the day, regularly sending you pictures.
