Encountered a few issues out of their control but they sorted things no problem and tolerated endless calls and texts but always remained polite and professional. “We had a great time today (11th Feb 2023) for my daughter's 6th Birthday. The children liked the play centre, the quads, and the food. It was clean, busy but not crowded. I liked that there was an area reserved for parents as well as the party room. The party was well-managed and the host was informative. We also hired Funky Faces Manchester face painter, who was excellent, and it was good of the venue to let us do that. They were good with getting health and safety information such as ingredients and allergens of the cake we brought, and insurance details of the face painter. Everyone had a lovely time and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you!”

“Great hotel. Reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean !! The bed was very comfy. Had a very good night sleep. The only downfall was breakfast. The queue was big and took a while to sit down. Also during breakfast the kids from other families kept filling up their plates to the full which meant we had to wait a while to get any bread and Cereal. Also they had no soy milk !! Reason for the 5 star is that this is the first premier inn I have stayed in which has not been a nightmare to stay in. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone as the rooms themselves compensate”

“Arrived with my Brother in law and his two sisters for his birthday meal . Absolutely demolished a portion of fish and chips followed by Apple crumble and his two half pints of bitter .He was greeted by the two ladies serving ,he is a regular and loves it here .”

“I work in trafford park and heard this place do takeaway breakfasts as well as all you can eat sit in. I have been twice now and both times been very impressed with the service. For £6.99 You get a tray to help yourself to the breakfast carvery which is all you would expect to compile your favourite full english. There is offer of a drink too for extra £1 but have not yet tried it as we have brew making facilities at work. If you are looking for a full english in trafford park, sit in or take away then you cant really go wrong. Friendly staff, very nice tasting and quality, warm fresh food. Thank you all”

Have been to this one couple times in the last six months, The Caesar salad and the meatballs, are definitely a good choice, The alcoholic drinks are always really nice as well if your not hungry.”

“Good place to take your kids to use up some energy. Staff were friendly. Seemed to be plenty of choice on the menu. Glad when we went it wasn't busy. Can imagine peak times it would be madness in there. Not that the zip line was open, but personally I think I should be included in the cost along with the trampolines. Definitely recommend.”

“Our son who is in reception has been going to breakfast club, after school club & holiday club at school of play in Urmston since last September and we simply love it! We know from the moment he goes in until the moment we pick him up in the evening that he is in excellent care and that any messages with the teachers would also be communicated should there be a need. The team is exceptional, they always go the extra mile to make sure our son starts his day in a positive mind set with amazing greetings, understanding his feelings and providing encouragement to make him have loads of fun every day. We don't know how we would do without school of play to be honest!”
