“My car, 2012 Vauxhall Antara, suddenly became a none runner, something blew and engine instantly stopped, white smoke billowing out from exhaust whilst at high speed on motorway. Smiths Service Centre had come recommended by our neighbour's. I contacted this local garage and arrangements were made. Mark and the lads collected my car, fixed it and returned it all in a week. Happy with cost given the problem it posed. Thought car was going to be a R.I.P. job. Brilliant job mark, thank you. Life is now back to normal. I would recommend this garage. “I have done several escape rooms before but this company has the best attention to detail and it is the most fun room I've done before. We did the wild west room and some of the clues were so clever and really had us laughing while we were taking the part. And the girls I was with loved the cowboy accent of the team member looking after us. Would highly recommend for anyone looking gfor a more fun escape room experience or for families. Will definitely be back to try another!”

“Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?”

“Due to being born just before lockdown, Lydia hadn't been around many people when she first started, and was a very anxious baby with new people. Since starting I've noticed a huge improvement in how well she settles now with different people, the Famly system is great, keeping us up to do date. Fantastic nursery, thank you to all the staff.”

“What a charity! Ask any of the many family's they've helped. We would be 30 miles+ from our poorly new born whilst he was in hospital for treatment. More awareness sorely needed. Management go above and beyond for there staff, children and even parents who come to the nursery. “I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“Really decent spot ideal for a gig at the Albert Hall next door. Huge range of ale on offer, the burgers were awesome and cannot compliment the staff enough who made us feel welcome and offered great table service despite being busy the whole time we were there. I put a specific request on the table booking and got exactly what we asked for. It was very much appreciated. Easy to imagine a place like this being a bit too cool, staff being a bit detached, but not at all. Also decent indie play list on the whole time we were there. Top top place!”

“Vibrant area with plenty of restaurants. Arndale centre towers adjacent to the corn exchange which does not have a dedicated car park. Parking can be a nightmare for first timers. The adjacent shopping malls offer paid parking at a premium so allow some time to navigate the maze of road works, one way streets and the short walk to your destination.”

“Love this bowling alley, always got good offers for drink and bowl deals (think we paid £13 for two games and two drinks). Plus the arcade is decent and not too expensive either. Good central location too as it's right next to the tram stop, Shudehill bus terminus and Manchester Victoria station.”

“I do not leave reviews very often but I have to for this one. We came for a Christmas Eve meal in a beautiful setting. From the food all the way down to the service, they go above and beyond to make you have the best experience. Food is bursting with flavour and filling. Had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced here, staff are kind, friendly and fantastic with the children. I cannot fault anything with this restaurant at all. Thanks for a lovely evening. “As an asthmatic and someone who suffers from mild claustrophobia, it’s really important to be able to open the window of hotel rooms that I stay in. This is proving more and more difficult these days as so many hotels have no regard for guests basic need for fresh air. I was delighted that you can open the window in my room at this hotel. In Manchester for a conference, it is even more important to have fresh air when you’ve been inside all day. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time - high, supportive and the right balance of firm and soft. 24 hour room service and a good choice of items at breakfast. I’ll definitely be staying again.,”

“First time visiting the cinema today. Never been in before. it's huge! The lift wasn't working but there are escalators and stairwells to get you up the different floors. Our movie was on the 3rd floor so we had to go right to the top! There are food and drink kiosks on each floor so you don't need to navigate the escalator holding your drink and popcorn! Seats are very comfy and the cinema was very clean. Lots of toilets dotted about also. We took our own food in and a member of staff came in at the end of the movie with a bin bag so we were able to put our rubbish in on the way out.”

“Great play centre. Nice and clean with lots of different activities for the kids to enjoy. Attended a party here and it was expertly organised, the staff were extremely friendly and made the kids feel very welcome. The centre also includes a lovely cafe area for the adults to grab a drink or some yummy treats. Will definitely be bringing my kids back here.”

“Who said you can't have fun and stay safe? Namco Bowling made it happen! We had a great time with family. We booked 2 lanes side by side and played against one another. The place felt safe, clean and in line with the gov. guidelines.”
