Owner Debbie was lovely and we have been back several times each time she is polite, always a smile on her face and goes that extra mile with the guys I have with me. The food is varied and tasty and all the staff do a great job with their warmth & kindness.”

“Love this little gem, proper old fashioned pub w a snug & different seating areas. Pie & mash w gravy is a crowd pleaser, however they were out of peas on the day I visited. Great drinks selection: mulled wine, Robinson's ales (local brewery in Stockport).”

“This week we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The White Hart. The whole staff and establishment couldn't have done anymore for us. Their attention to detail on the day was impeccable and even the smallest request was delivered with such enthusiam and the team were so personable. Even when small hiccups occured before the day Charles and his dedicated team made us feel so valued and wen't completely out their way to get everything the way we wanted it. We had comments from our guests that the quality of the food was the best they have had at a wedding and the venue looked incredible with the roaring fire and it's naturally cosy atmoshphere. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly warm and cosy with all details thought of. We'd like to express our sincere thanks and couldn't reccommend this venue and team more to deliver your special day. Been in a few times,the new chef has some tricks up his sleeves , had the steak burger and my girlfriend had the lasagne, probably the least daring choice on the menu and still blew us away! 100% recommend eating here, stayed for a few hours afterwards for drinks too!
