Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre
● Closed“Although the Arcadia has been open for over 5 years, and I live locally, I first visited it last Tuesday. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a major understatement. After entering through the automatic doors I was immediately impressed by the modern clean interior. The reception staff were only too happy to help with any enquiry, Sarah and Jamie in particular assisted me to obtain an over 60's swimming card - which to my great delight was free, and Sarah gave me a guided tour around the centre so that I could find my way around unaided on my next visit. I've no hesitation awarding 5 stars, the facilities and the staff totally deserve it”

● ClosedGreat Stone Road, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M32 0ZS, United Kingdom“Lovely friendly staff. Daughters swimming teacher Fran is awsome with her encouraging and engaging and pushes her when needed. Only issue is with the selfish people who leave their belongings in the cubicles rather than using the lockers of which is there plenty my daughter is a teenager and body aware so prefers to be in a cubicle rather than the shared changing room area.”

Trinity House Community Resource Centre
● Closed“I volunteered a couple of times at the lunch club on Friday and had really great experiences. The staff and volunteers at Trinity House were wonderful and welcoming. I spent one morning preparing and cooking food with Oliver - A volunteer, who in his own time had prepared food and a lovely apple crumble for over 30 people. For a couple of pounds (if I remember correctly) members of the local community are able to get a tasty and healthy two course meal - with plenty of leftovers if anyone wants any! I also volunteer once a week through the LINK Good Neighbours befriending service. I help a lady with mobility issues and her daughter with simple tasks, such as going to the shops together. Just an hour or two of your week can really make a difference in someone's life. The work they are doing here at Trinity House is fantastic and they a real asset to the local community.”
