Masons
● Closed“Loved dinner tonight, the chateaubriand Thursday offer with a bottle of wines 2 sides and sauces was amazing at £60. Service was incredible as usual. Probably my favourite meal in a long time. Can’t wait to come back - the manager Tony always makes it a great evening and is always so welcoming.”

Evuna Deansgate
● Open“Had a wonderful experience having lunch at this Spanish restaurant. We ordered its lunch special (£15 for 3 tapas). The portion of each tapa wasn’t large, but each of them was quite tasty. The three tapas we ordered (fried calamari, potato tortillas, and creamy mushrooms) were all well-cooked. We especially liked the sauce of creamy mushrooms, which was rich in flavour. We also ordered seafood mix chicken paella, and it was amazing. Seafood was fresh, rice was soaked with the essence of seafood. The portion of paella was larger than we thought as well. Moreover, the staffs were friendly and the restaurant had nice atmosphere. Recommended:)”

Embankment Kitchen Restaurant & Bar
● Closed“We stayed at City Suites and never normally use the hotel restaurant…I am so glad we did this time! Really lovely food with exceptional service from Veronica. All of the staff were very pleasant and the food was faultless. The staff even bought out a birthday cocktail for my birthday which was a really lovely and personal touch. We really enjoyed our visit and will happily recommend to all of our friends and family who visit Manchester.”

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel
● Open“Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”

Vue Cinema Manchester - Quayside
● Open“Great cinema, probably one of the best I’ve been to. Went to see John Wick and the price was very good. What made it was the spacious & comfortable reclining leather seats, large drinks holder trays which fit my drinks, snacks and handbag! It was so comfortable I even took my shoes off and got super cosy. You can also get alcoholic beverages to take into the theatre! I’ve never seen this before so it was a nice added touch. Would recommended.”

Dimitri's - Tapas Meze Bar & Restaurant
● Closed“Great find in central Manchester - good deal in Deansgate. An excellent place in the city centre, with a warm welcome, efficient service, and great atmosphere. And absolutely delicious food to boot. The restaurant has the feel of a city centre pub on entering, but behind and beyond the first room is a series of smaller areas with a distinctly greek taverna feel. Access is all on one level, and whilst the general toilets are down stairs, there is a ground level accessible toilet for those with limited mobility. The staff were delightful and the food came very quickly after ordering. There’s a good range of both meat food and meat free food. And a good range of beers and wines. The price is very reasonable. Certainly a place to go again next time I’m in town.”

Crown & Anchor
● Open“The place is lovely. I used to go there a lot a few years ago, then went away so stopped. I went back today for a pizza because theirs are crunchy. The chef was adorable and we improvised that pizza I wanted for a takeaway (picture), totally yummy. The whole staff there is extremely nice and have always been. The decor is lovely but with all the tables occupied not exactly possible to take pictures. Always spotlessly clean, too.”

Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again.”

Bem Brasil Deansgate
● Open“Excellent. Hadn't booked, but managed to get us in after a 30 minute wait. Sat by 8.15pm, food served until 9.30pm which meant all the options didn't come round, so would recommend booking earlier. Nice veggie options, couldn't finish the tomato gnocchi. Would highly recommend, and recommend booking.”
